Foreperson

We are after a Foreperson who has exceptional managerial skills and work ethic combined with superior practical knowledge and extensive experience.

Points to consider:

1. Commercial projects from $100K to $5M
2. Opportunities exist on projects in Sydney metro and regional NSW

The successful candidate must have:

• Ability to manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they deliver their work to a high standard and on time
• Ability to manage site policies including site safety, environmental, quality and industrial relations
• Developing a relationship of trust and respect with the client
• Computer literacy with skills in Microsoft Project, Outlook, Word and Excel
• Minimum 10 years experience
• Carpentry trade certificate
• Senior first aid certificate
• Ethics and integrity
• Self-motivation
• Eye for detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
