Whitcon Constructs New War Memorial Donated by North Bondi RSL

Whitcon successfully completed the construction of the new War Memorial located at Scarborough Crescent Reserve adjacent to the North Bondi RSL Club Sub Branch. The formal opening took place on the 27th of November 2011 which coincided with the 70th Anniversary of the end of the Siege of Tobruk.
